Refund policy

At APCLPSE, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to feel confident in your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

⏳ Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Due to our distributed logistics network, returns may require shipment to multiple facilities depending on product origin.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
